We use seven lovely hotels and four excellent villa agencies to house our participants. If you want to stay at a hotel; we have provided you with a variety of choices. Click on the hotel name to access their site for more details.

Some of these hotels have had major hurricane damage and we anticipate they will be closed for our 2018 meeting. We will update them as we get information.

Ilets de la Plage offers beachfront and hillside villas in St. Jean. Well equipped villas; full service property with a pool. Walk to shops and restaurants in the evening when the airport barricade is down, or a short drive during the day. The beachfront villas are best for anyone with mobility challenges. Les Ilets is open and everyone we have booked there loves it!

Hotel Les Ondines located on the beach in Grand Cul de Sac, this small luxury hotel offers an unusual degree of space and comfort.

Villa-Lodge 4 épices, a luxury guesthouse with four spacious suites, one of which has a private swimming pool, and one two-bedroom villa. An old stone cistern serves as the foundation for The Lodge, which is blessed with one of the most beautiful panoramic views of the lagoon and the ocean. Villa Lodge 4 epices offers our attendees 10% off, reflected in the rate on our form.

Le Toiny’s current 14 accommodations (soon to be 22) are comprised of 13 One-bedroom Villa Suites and 1 Junior Suite. All offer breathtaking ocean views with a private heated pool. Hôtel Le Toiny is located in an area on the island that is still undeveloped, thus the landscape around the hotel features an abundance of lush natural vegetation. Guests have access to the hotel’s Beach Club, Serenity Spa Cottage and fitness centre. The hotel should be open by October, 2018.

We will have an update on the following properties soon:

Christopher should be open by March.

Emeraude Plage is directly on St. Jean Beach and we will update you when it will open.

Le Barthelemy is in the process of being rebuilt. We will update you.

Each hotel’s site will show their deposit and cancellation policy, as well as any taxes and fees that will be added to your room price.

Please contact Eva at 212-645-6139 if you are interested in booking other hotels.

The villa agencies we use are Marla, St. Barth Properties, Wimco and Missimmo.

There is a tremendous variety of villas available. They range in size, amenities, location, and price. Over the years we have become familiar with many of the villas. If you need any advice feel free to contact us.

Wimco is offering attendees who book with them 1 free 60 Minute In Villa massage.

Please see the 2018 Registration form for hotel and car rental rates.

The SBDA earns commissions from each hotel, villa and car reservation we make and these fees help to fund the cost of organizing the conference and keeping the registration fees low. If you reserve accommodations or a car rental directly; use a villa agency other than one of the four we recommend; or reserve through a travel agent other than Epic Experiences, you will be charged a $2100 event registration fee.

Want to extend your trip in St. Maarten? Please contact Eva for more information.
