our meetings

We have been organizing Continuing Education programs since 1994. Many of our guests return year after year. Only 50 dentists are accepted each year for the conference. Each year we add many new friends to our international roster of dental attendees.
During these thirty years we have brought a fantastic group of speakers to our island. They resemble a sort of “Who’s Who” of American Dental education. People like Lou Graham, Dan Nathanson, Ron Goldstein, Kenneth Malament, Karl Leinfelder, Henry Salama, Arnold Weisgold, Harold Heymann, Louis Rose, Roger Wise, Gary Reiser, David Garber, Ron Kaminer, and Gerard Chiche have been delighted to come to St. Barth to speak at our meetings. We are thrilled Kyle Stanley, considered one of the top ten young dental educators, will be speaking at our 2024 meeting.
Our meetings are designed for dentists of all specialties. Dental Hygienists are welcome to join us.
Schedule
Participants spend three hours each morning in sessions and are free the rest of the day to enjoy our island and the new friends they make while here.
Each day of the meeting is 3 CE credits and will take place from 8:30am – 11:30am Monday – Friday.
Typically there is a welcome cocktail reception on Sunday evening, a special event like a wine tasting on Tuesday evening, and a dinner at a top restaurant with music on Thursday. Dentists and 1 accompanying person are invited to all events and they are included in the registration fee. If you would like to include more than 1 guest on Tuesday or Thursday night, we will only charge you our cost.
All sessions are in English.
Meeting Location
Our spacious, air conditioned conference room is located on the harbor in Gustavia. Attendees will be provided with directions and parking information. Gustavia is a 10-15 minute spectacular drive from most of our partner hotels and many of the villas on the island.
Continuing Education Credits/Taxes
Participants receive 15 continuing education credits upon completing the program.
Our continuing education credits are certified by the NJ State Board of Dentistry.
These credits transfer and have never been rejected by any state or country.
Each Dentist will receive a Certificate of Attendance in the weeks following the meeting.
Attendees take the Certificate of Attendance letter to their own state licensing boards who will then will accept or deny the course for credit.
The IRS may allow deductions for housing, car rental and registration, but not air travel. Speak with your tax professional.

The fee is $2400 if you book your own hotel or villa, unless you use one of our partners on the accommodations page and let them know you are attending the meeting.
*if you register before we update the 2024 registration form with new hotel pricing, we will honor the 2023 registration fee!
