Registration, Accommodation and Car Rental Forms
We are awaiting rates from our hotel partners. Please check back in mid-April or early May for the 2024 registration form.
By submitting your registration, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations made 61 days or more prior to the annual Saint Barth Dental Association conference will result in a credit, valid for 12 months only, which will be applied towards the following year’s registration. Should the registration for the following year be at a higher cost, you will be billed for the difference. Any discrepancies in registration fees at the time of the participant’s enrollment must be paid to ensure participation. Cancellations made less than 61 days prior to the event will result in the forfeiture of all fees paid to SBDA for said event.
Liability Waiver You accept the terms that by registering for the meeting you release Saint Barth Dental Association from all liability relating to injuries that may occur during the event. You agree that SBDA is entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. You are participating voluntarily, and are aware of the risks involved. You forfeit all rights to bring a suit against SBDA for any reason. You will also make every effort to obey safety precautions.
